Soul Session Sunday

Soul Session Sunday is a yoga practice offered in our private space in partnership with Toni from Wild Heart Yoga. Each session is paired with an album or two of our choosing to guide the practice through sound, breath, and intention.

This gentle, grounding experience invites you to slow down, move mindfully, and reconnect with your body. The music becomes part of the flow, shaping rhythm and helping you settle into the present moment.

All levels are welcome. No pressure, no expectations, just space to move, listen, and reset before the week ahead.
