M&B BookClub
📚 Fiction Book Club - 2026 is the Year of the TBR
This year, our Fiction Book Club was shaped directly by the people who make it so special. We invited current members to submit up to three books from their own to-be-read lists, and our entire year of reading grew from there — a true reflection of shared curiosity, diverse tastes, and trust in one another’s recommendations.
Each month, we gather to talk about the book using a rating system out of five, which has proven to be wonderfully individual and subjective. The same story can land completely differently depending on the reader, and that’s part of the magic. Conversations often move far beyond the page — weaving in personal experiences, reflections on current events, big themes, or sometimes simply how a book offered a much-needed escape from everyday life.
There’s no pressure to perform here. Members are welcome to share a little or a lot, to listen quietly, or to dive deep. What matters most is the space we create together. By the end of the night, we almost always leave knowing the book — and each other — a little more deeply.
Books can be purchased through us in-store, ordered online, supported via Libro.fm, or sourced however works best for you. Supporting local matters, but so does accessibility, and we welcome everyone in whatever way feels right.
What truly sets this group apart is the community. We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing mix of readers who show up each month — including several members who have been with us from the very beginning — helping to create a warm, thoughtful, and deeply welcoming space.
Come for the books. Stay for the conversation. Leave feeling connected. 💛
